PMMA Resin PMMA - [Poly(methylmethacrylate)]
PEI Off Grade PEI is an amorphous high-performance thermoplastic, and is a resin of combination of imide bonds that impart excellent heat resistance and strength and ether bonds that exhibit good processability.
Maintain mechanical strength even at high temperatures.
PET off grade PET is a milky white or light yellow, highly crystalline polymer with a smooth and shiny surface. It has excellent physical and mechanical properties in a wide temperature range. The long-term use temperature can reach 120°C. The electrical insulation is excellent. Even at high temperature and high frequency, its electrical properties are still good, but the corona resistance is poor. Creep resistance, fatigue resistance, friction resistance, and dimensional stability are all very good.

PS (polystyrene) It sinks slowly into the water. When burned, it produces a yellow flame, a strong smell, and a lot of smoke and charcoal.

The electrical properties are excellent and are among the best in plastic.

It is soluble in aromatic or chlorinated hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, etc., but is excellent in water resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance.

The molding is mainly dependent on injection molding, but the molding shrinkage is small, and the size stability and surface gloss of the molded product are excellent.

The molded article is strong and has a very high softening point, and has a Vicart softening point higher than 220°C.
When placed in a flame, the molded product does not burn easily, but when burned, the molded product burns while emitting a white flame to emit the smell of sulfur.
When a molded article hits a solid one, it makes a metal or a bell sound.
PET (PolyEthylene Terephthalate) It is optimal for parts requiring fixed density .It has high mechanical strength and dimensional stability, and excellent wear resistance. It is a high-performance plastic with numerous characteristics and already has a lot of experience in the machinery parts field overseas.

PP(Polypropylene) 1. Method of distinguishing

HDPE(High Density Polyethylene) High-density polyethylene (HDPE, LUTENE-H) produced by LG Chem is produced by the world's first commercialized low-pressure manufacturing method by Hoechst.
In addition, it provides production technology to the U.S., Japan, and other countries, and is widely recognized around the world for its excellent processability, excellent quality, and advanced products due to its constant R&D results.
LG Chem's high density polyethylene is a shock-resistant and high-rigid product with excellent chemical resistance, environmental stress cracking (ESCR), and electrical characteristics, so it is used for various purposes such as film, hollow molding, injection, and pipe.
In addition, it succeeded in commercializing metallocene polyethylene (mPE), the next-generation polyethylene, for the first time in Korea, and was recognized for its world-class technology by making its own catalyst and using the existing HDPE Line.
EVA(ethylene-vinylalcohol copolymer) The resin obtained by saponifying the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer has a hydroxyl group in the molecule, and this is a factor characterizing the properties of the resin.
It also has excellent organic solvent properties.
PP(polypropylene) Polymers obtained by polymerizing propylene have a molecular weight of about 40,000 or more and are commercially available, have a density of 0.90, and are relatively excellent in tensile strength and heat resistance. Most of the properties are similar to those of polyethylene, but it resists stress cracks well and has excellent transparency. Materials copolymerized with other monomers, blended with polyisobutylene, etc., and materials containing asbestos or glass fiber to improve impact resistance are also commercially available, and are used for industrial use of automobile parts, various containers, films, etc. .

- It has a density of 1.2g/cm2 and sinks in water. It burns with a blue flame, but it doesn't burn easily. And the molding is carbonized and soon foamed. If the flame is removed, the combustion will not continue. And it produces a slight smell of phenol.
- It has excellent electrical properties, so it does not change by temperature and frequency, and is not affected by moisture because of its low absorption rate. Scientific properties are stable in alcohol, oil, weak acids, etc.
